What is your return policy?
Currently, we do not offer any returns or refunds at the moment. All purchases are final.

Are clothes used?
Yes, they are vintage clothes that have been properly cleaned. Some items may have also been washed to prevent shrinking once you wash them at home.

Why do some items only have one picture?
We try to provide you with pictures of as many details as possible. Sometimes we will include just one picture of an item because we feel that there are no specific details to highlight. We don't want to bore you with 10 pictures of the same thing!

How precise is the sizing?
Vintage items tend to be a bit smaller, specially when it comes to rigid denim since they don't contain spandex (the material that makes modern denim stretch). To help you determine if an item will fit you, we have included measurements (in inches) of each item; these measurements are taken when the garment is laid flat. Do you guys charge shipping?
Shipping is absolutely free within the United States!! (except on luggage, larger bags, heavier coats and shoes). That is why Rack Kingdom is great, because you don't pay shipping compared to other stores.

Do you guys ship internationally?
We only do individual international shipping.

How does individual international shipping work?
Here are the steps to individual international shipping orders:
1. Send us an email with the name or link of the item(s) you are interested in ordering, as well as the city, province, town, zip code and country where you would like to receive it (the more specific you are, the more exact the estimate will be).
2. We check with USPS for charges to this country and email you back with the shipping price within 1-3 business days.
3. If you are still interested in the item, simply let us know and we will add the shipping option to the country you wish to buy from. Once you select your country at the time of purchase, the shipping charges will appear and you will be ready to check-out.

PS: Don't forget to convert US currency to your local currency.

Note: For international shipping, we are not able to provide you with a tracking number like we would normally do for items shipped within the United States. We do not provide a tracking number in order to save you money since it can cost up to $60.00 to do so. Allow 2-4 weeks from the time of purchase to receive your item, international shipping must go through customs, which can take anywhere from a couple of hours to even 4-5 days.

When do items ship?
All items are shipped within 3 business days (sometimes weekends) from the day you made a purchase.

How do you ship your items?
In order to offer you the lowest possible prices, we ship all of our garments through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once we have shipped your order, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your item and give you peace of mind. Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your purchase.

We try to answer all emails as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.

Are you guys a secure and safe store?
Yes, we use Paypal, which means that your money is safe with us. We don't have access to your bank account or credit/debit card number. The only information we receive is your name, shipping address and of course, our payment. You don't have to worry about anything else.

Useful Tip:
Many of our tops and blouses have shoulder pads, if you wish to purchase an item but feel uneasy about the shoulder pads, you can send us an email and we will kindly remove the shoulder pads at no additional cost--yes, completely free! After purchasing the item, send us a quick email telling us your name and item name (to confirm it is you) and we will remove the shoulder pads.
